Project Manager

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones aligned with overall business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and schedules for IT initiatives such as software development, infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and security implementations.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams — including software developers, system architects, network engineers, and QA testers — to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, manage expectations, and resolve concerns to maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and challenges, devise mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to ensure project success.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring all adjustments are properly evaluated and documented.
• Maintain detailed project documentation — including project plans, status reports, and change management records — in compliance with internal and external standards.
