JOB DESCRIPTON:
Department: Project
Position: Project Manager
Position Overview
Project Manager role- Ensuring the smooth execution of fabrication and erection activities, maintaining project documentation, and managing financial aspects. Their responsibilities include overseeing project progress, resource allocation, compliance, and cost management while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
· Oversee the fabrication and erection of Boilers, Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Pipelines, and Ducting as per project specifications.
· Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
· Provide material Requirements/Request to the project team at least 2-3 days before work starts.
· Ensure the timely availability of materials to avoid project delays.
· Coordinate with the Project Coordinator and Site Supervisor to maintain project documentation.
· Follow up on GRN Copies and Bill received Copies with the Site Supervisor and update the relevant department.
· Coordinate with the Design Department for work approvals.
· Submit production drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to the project team.
· Monitor the Daily Work Plan and submit work status updates based on progress.
· Manage site manpower effectively in coordination with the Site Supervisor.
· Coordinate with the project team and customers to ensure Invoice clearance on a Monthly basis.
· Maintain measurement sheets, submit quotations, and bill for completed works.
· Ensure all necessary documentation and test certificates are submitted during the commissioning of equipment.
· Comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
