A rapidly growing clean-energy developer is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial solar, battery-storage, and electrical-infrastructure projects across multiple U.S. markets. This is a high-impact role overseeing full project delivery from contract execution to closeout, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented PM who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about accelerating clean-energy deployment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead project scheduling, coordination, and prioritization across design, engineering, installation, and electrical teams through all phases.

• Manage permitting and interconnection with AHJs, utilities, and key external stakeholders.

• Oversee budgeting, procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Communicate project status to customers, subcontractors, and internal teams while maintaining all required documentation and reporting.

• Supervise on-site execution, including field crews, third-party contractors, quality control, and performance monitoring.

What You’ll Bring:

• Project management or construction management experience (required)

• Background in solar, energy storage, or energy-efficiency construction (preferred)

• Strong communication skills — able to translate technical topics clearly

• Experience presenting project plans to customers and stakeholders

• Solid understanding of electrical concepts, terminology, or equipment (preferred)

• High attention to detail, strong multitasking ability, and deadline discipline
