Job Title: Project Manager – Fit-Out

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in the fit-out industry to oversee and manage project execution from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in the fit-out industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle clients, contractors, and site teams efficiently.
• Preferred candidates who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage all phases of fit-out projects.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications and UAE regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to management.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly to ensure smooth execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
