Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple villa renovation and fit-out projects from design stage to handover. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to Cardoso’s quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases — design, procurement, approvals, construction, and handover.
• Coordinate between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication.
• Prepare project schedules, track progress, and monitor performance through site reports and regular updates.
• Supervise site teams, engineers, and foremen to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and variation orders.
• Liaise with authorities (DM, DDA, Nakheel, Emaar, Trakhees, etc.) for permits, inspections, and approvals.
• Control project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare cost reports.
• Conduct site meetings, report progress to management, and resolve on-site issues proactively.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in coordination with the procurement team.
• Lead the handover process with detailed snagging, testing, and commissioning documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in villa fit-out or renovation projects within Dubai or the UAE.
• Strong technical background in civil, MEP, interior works and exterior works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of UAE building codes, DM/DDA/Nakheel approval systems, and authority procedures.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Gantt Pro, Excel, AutoCAD).
• UAE driving license .
• Fluent English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
