Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and highly organized Project Manager with strong experience in construction fit-out and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, scope of work, resource allocation, and budget estimation (mandatory requirement).
• Coordinate and manage all fit-out activities across multiple sites.
• Allocate the correct number and type of laborers, technicians, and subcontractors based on project requirements.
• Monitor daily progress to ensure work is completed according to schedule and project plan.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Identify project risks and propose effective solutions.
• Prepare and submit progress reports as required.
• Ensure all work is delivered to company standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fit-out project management or interior construction.
• Strong ability to prepare full project plans (timelines, scope, budgeting, manpower planning).
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and processes used in interior fit-out.
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel between sites.
• Strong leadership, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of health & safety standards onsite.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience dealing with clients and subcontractors.
• Ability to troubleshoot site issues quickly and effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools or software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD basics).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
