Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience, specializing in structural steel and PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) projects, Civil & Interior Projects. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver complex structural projects, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective execution while managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.​

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close out structural steel and PEB projects from inception to completion.​
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, fabricators, erectors, and subcontractors.​
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and timelines for structural steel and PEB works.​
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements for structural steel and PEB construction.​
• Manage procurement, fabrication, and erection of structural steel and PEB components.​
• Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities regarding project status, risks, and deliverables.​
• Oversee documentation, including shop drawings, field drawings, RFIs, and closeout reports.​
• Identify and mitigate project risks, including those specific to structural steel and PEB construction.​
• Ensure all project activities adhere to budget, schedule, and quality standards.​

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with a strong background in structural steel and PEB works.​
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.​
• Proven experience managing full lifecycle structural steel and PEB projects, including design, fabrication, and erection.​
• In-depth knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection practices, and PEB construction methodologies.​

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
