Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage residential real estate projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in real estate project execution, with a strong background in planning, resource management, vendor coordination, and quality control. This role requires leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure timely project delivery within defined budgets and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor all project activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and legal compliance standards.
• Manage site teams and allocate resources efficiently.
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, or issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 4 - 5 years of experience in real estate project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project / AutoCAD / Excel.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
