PGS Projects Pvt. Ltd. is expanding rapidly with ongoing and upcoming large-scale infrastructure and commercial developments. We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the entire PGS project operations and manage upcoming projects from planning to completion.

Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and monitor all current PGS project activities end-to-end.
Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of all project phases.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and internal teams.
Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, standards, and timelines.
Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Manage site supervisors, engineers, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, government approvals, and quality standards.
Handle procurement of materials and ensure cost-effective project execution.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
Plan and manage upcoming PGS projects from concept stage to handover.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
