Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives and deliverables, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Effective & Timely client communication regarding project progress.
Develop detailed project plans: timelines, resource allocation, milestones, budgets.
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors / external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress: schedule tracking, budget control, scope management, quality assurance.
Identify, assess and manage risks; prepare contingency plans and take corrective actions when required.
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders (team members, management, clients) and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Ensure project documentation, status reports, change requests and lessons-learned are properly recorded.
After project delivery, evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities and ensure handover/closure.
