• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of managing projects of similar scope and scale.
• Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Monitor and control project progress, costs, and quality standards.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings with the site team and client.
• Review and approve project-related documents such as drawings, reports, RFIs, change orders, and invoices.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities.
