About the Role:

OutsourceOrigin is hiring a Project Manager for Mobile App Development to manage international (US-based) app projects. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and experienced in managing mobile development teams (iOS/Android/Flutter/React Native).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end mobile app development projects.
• Coordinate between developers, designers, QA, and clients.
• Gather requirements and convert them into actionable tasks.
• Create timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct daily/weekly team check-ins.
• Identify risks, solve issues, and maintain smooth workflow.
• Provide regular reports, documentation, and client updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of app development lifecycle & technologies.
• Experience with PM tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
• Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Ability to work night shift for US-based clients.

Timings:

Night Shift: 8 PM – 5 AM (Mon–Fri)
