Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering to oversee and manage construction and infrastructure projects from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage civil engineering projects in accordance with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all engineering standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project status and quality control.
• Prepare and present reports on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BSc Civil Engineering).
• 3+ years of proven experience in civil engineering project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in managing infrastructure, commercial, or residential construction projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering tools.
• Experience working with governmental or municipal bodies (optional).

Working Conditions:

• Split between office environment and site visits.
• May require extended hours or weekends depending on project demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
