Job Title: Project Manager - Civil

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of civil construction projects, including high-rise towers and villa developments.
• Manage all project phases including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, and contract administration.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams (MEP, procurement, QA/QC, HSE) to ensure seamless execution.
• Chair progress meetings, prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and action plans.
• Oversee site activities, supervise construction teams, and ensure adherence to drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Manage and resolve technical, contractual, and logistical challenges at the site level.
• Implement value engineering strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DMCC, and other relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s or PMP certification is a plus).
• Minimum 12 years of civil construction experience, with at least 7 years in the UAE.
• Proven experience in managing high-rise residential/commercial towers and villa communities.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, local authority requirements, and international standards.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in using MS Project, Primavera P6, and other project management tools.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE driving license preferred.
