Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale infrastructure projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize civil construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and procurement strategies.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead project teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any project-related issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local construction laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the civil construction industry in Dubai.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Preferred Cancelled Visa or Transferable Visa
• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Can join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
