Project Manager Civil

Plan, manage, and execute high-rise building projects within time, cost & quality targets.

Lead project teams, consultants, contractors & subcontractors.

Monitor budgets, schedules, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations.

Handle client coordination, reporting, and risk management.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  
• Experience: 15 - 20 years of experience in high-rise building construction, with a minimum of 10 years in the UAE.
  
• Skills:
  
• Expertise in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  
• Extensive knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale budgets.
  
• Certifications: PMP or similar project management certifications (preferred).
  
• Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
