Job summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee residential construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion in alignment with project goals and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating with teams to ensure milestones are met according to project timelines.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, manage project costs, and ensure financial objectives are achieved without compromising quality.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high construction standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS-Office, MS Project

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry, particularly in residential projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP)
