Project Manager – Commercial & Investment Projects

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading government organization in Dubai, to drive strategic commercial and investment initiatives shaping the future of the city. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact projects, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to transformation programs that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multi-stakeholder projects.

• Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, timelines, resources, budget).

• Coordinate with section managers and stakeholders.

• Monitor risks, track progress, and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct project reviews and maintain effective communication flow.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.

• Support commercial transformation and investment initiatives.

• Liaise with procurement for vendor onboarding.

• Prepare executive-level documentation.

• Mentor team members and promote knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Project Management, Business Administration, or similar.

• PMP or equivalent preferred.

• 7–10 years of experience in complex project management.

• Experience in commercial operations or investment planning preferred.

• Public sector experience is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Experience in government/semi-government or large organizations preferred.

• Must be based in UAE and immediately available/short notice.
