Job Summary:

The Project Manager – Construction Execution will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all site execution activities to ensure timely delivery of villa/residential projects with required quality and safety standards. The role involves managing contractors, materials, manpower, and ensuring compliance with specifications and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily site activities as per project timelines.
• Supervise all civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works on site.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Manage site workforce and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Control material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Ensure safety compliance and implement best construction practices.
• Handle site inspections, quality checks, and client walkthroughs.
• Resolve technical issues related to drawings and site work.
• Track project costs and support in BOQ verification and billing.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in construction execution (preferably villas/residential).
• Strong knowledge of civil, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Excellent project management and people-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and fast-paced execution.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (added advantage).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
