Project Manager / Construction Manager(Civil Engineer)

Civil Engineer with 5 years of Dubai experience.

• Must Have minimum 5 experience of G+4 or higher buildings in Ajman
• Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
• Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and oversee daily activities on-site.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project.
• Monitor progress to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to specification.
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to construction standards.
• Resolve technical issues, delays, or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Supervise the project construction and ensure project is run smoothly and structure is completed within budget and on time.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget variance reports, and risk assessment reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
