Job description:

Keuler Fine Homes is a high-end residential custom home builder and is looking for an experienced Project Manager. We build detailed homes in Dane County and the surrounding area. We are seeking an experienced, detailed, and organized individual to join our team. A successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, takes pride in their work, ownership, and satisfaction knowing the homes they are managing are built to the highest standard.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE MANAGING THE BUILDING AND FINISHING PROCESS FOR CUSTOM HOMES IS A MUST for this position.

Some responsibilities will include:

- Preconstruction Preparation

- Creating and revising project schedules and timelines

- Overall management of site and work, through completion of home

- Manage and supervise accurate execution of construction and client selections

- Managing trade relationships

- Ensuring work at site is performed to plans/specifications and selections

- Ensuring compliance with building codes

- Ordering inspections

- Field safety and compliance

- Miscellaneous carpentry

- Job site maintenance and clean up

- Customer interaction before, during and after construction

- Miscellaneous service work

This is a full-time salaried position. Pay will be commensurate with your experience.

  • Madison, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Construction management: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
