Company Description

Builder Designs is a fast-paced digital marketing firm in the greater Kansas City area. Our inception stemmed from a friendship between a local builder and a self-taught computer nerd who was willing to build the website they needed. Almost 20 years later, Builder Designs’ motivated team has become a leader in the digital marketing space for builders across the country as experts in web design, SEO, marketing campaigns and the introduction of the game-changing proptech to help clients grow their business and sell more homes.

Our goal has always been, and will always be, to solve problems for our builder (and beyond) partners. Whether we’re building a custom website, developing a strategic marketing campaign, boosting search rankings to beat out competitors or building brand-new technology from scratch – we’re doing it with the future of our partners and their customers in mind. We promise to establish a solid, trusting relationship with every partner to ensure they’re set up for success in a constantly evolving industry.

Position Summary

Builder Designs is launching a new Data & CRM Operations team designed to elevate our reporting, CRM strategy, and performance insights across our marketing and website services. We’re looking for a Project Manager to help build and run this function alongside our Director of Data & CRM Ops.

This role blends project management, CRM operations, data organization, analytics, and cross-team coordination. You’ll play a core role in our Builder Success Program by turning builder data into actionable insights and supporting smooth, successful CRM and marketing technology implementations. If you thrive at the intersection of data, technology, and client strategy—and you love transforming complex workflows into clean, repeatable processes—this is the role for you.

As the Project Manager, you’ll be the point person ensuring our reporting, HubSpot onboardings, CRM clean-ups, and data experiments run smoothly. You’ll drive timelines, organize deliverables, check data integrity, and work directly with both clients and internal teams. You’ll also support Account Managers by providing analytics, identifying trends, preparing performance insights, and assisting with HubSpot setups, workflows, and optimizations that help builders improve their marketing maturity and ultimately sell more homes.

If you thrive at the intersection of data, technology, and client strategy—and want to work in a fast-moving, home-building–focused marketing tech company—this is the role for you.

What you will be doing:

1. Data & Performance Analysis

  • Collect, clean, and interpret data from Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Builder Cloud, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Build recurring dashboards and reports that help Account Managers communicate ROI and insights clearly to builder clients.
  • Analyze traffic, engagement, lead quality, and sales funnel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Support the Builder Success Program by contributing to monthly Pulse Reports, quarterly reviews, and annual assessments.
  • Help define benchmarks and KPIs across the builder portfolio.

2. HubSpot & CRM Support

  • Assist with HubSpot portal setup, object configuration, workflows, lead routing, and data hygiene practices.
  • Collaborate with our product and dev teams to ensure HubSpot and Builder Cloud work together seamlessly.
  • Support migrations, integrations, and CRM clean-ups for builders transitioning to new systems or scaling in new markets.
  • Troubleshoot CRM data issues identified by Account Managers or clients.
  • 3. Builder Success Program Support
  • Participate in the development and improvement of Builder Success frameworks, scoring models, and diagnostics.
  • Prepare data inputs for the Builder IQ Index, Marketing Alignment Reports, and other strategic deliverables.
  • Assist with internal research related to builder performance trends, buyer journeys, and marketing maturity.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Managers to prepare insights for client calls, strategy sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, Web, and Product teams to compile unified reporting and identify cross-channel optimizations.
  • Support pre-sales efforts with data pulls, insights, and HubSpot technical knowledge when needed.

What you will need to bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, business analysis, marketing analytics, CRM administration, or marketing ops (preferably in a tech or agency environment).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Excel/Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • Comfortable with datasets, attribution models, funnel analysis, and KPI reporting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead lifecycle stages.

What will set you apart:

  • Experience in the home-building industry, proptech, real estate, or a related vertical.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS, custom objects, workflow automation, and integrations.
  • Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and how to interpret performance metrics.
