About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Project Manager with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps and end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementations. If you're someone who loves managing both the big picture and the day-to-day grind—while working with developers, consultants, and clients—this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations (Model-Driven Apps).

Set up and maintain Azure DevOps Boards, pipelines, and sprint planning processes.

Act as the primary point of contact with clients—translating business requirements into actionable plans.

Work closely with Power Platform and Dynamics developers to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

Create and manage project documentation, roadmaps, and status reports.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.

Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and demos with stakeholders.

Ensure all tasks and timelines align with client expectations and delivery milestones.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience managing projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE apps.

- Strong command over Azure DevOps for managing development workflows.

- Proven track record of delivering model-driven app solutions using the Power Platform.

- Excellent communication skills—client-facing experience is a must.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple moving parts.

- PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification is a plus (but not required).
