About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a complex statewide program involving voter registration, elections operations, and online voter services. The role includes managing diverse teams, overseeing all project management activities, and facilitating integration between public sector systems, stakeholders, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across public agencies, vendor partners, and internal staff
• Manage the full project lifecycle following PMBOK-based methodologies
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
• Oversee compliance documentation, risk and issue logs, change control processes
• Coordinate implementation of system interfaces and integration activities
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and end-user support
• Review technical deliverables including requirements, architecture, and test artifacts
• Tailor communication plans for executives, technical staff, and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of business functions related to state elections systems, including Voter registration, Elections processes, Voter list maintenance, Online voter services
• Experience managing large public sector technology programs
• Expertise in Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, and standard PM tools
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including legal, technical, and business teams
• Strong communication skills and documentation discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
