Roles & Responsibilities1. BE/B.Tech Electrical/Mechanical with Min. 3 -10 Yrs of experience in any high rise residential projects or commercial projects .

2. Should have experience on at least one full cycle of project from starting to finish.

3. Should have excellent exposure on all the aspects of Fire Fighting Systems.

4. PMC experience will be an added advantage

5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project

6. Develop and mentor design engineers

7. Manage task orientated groups.

8. Well-developed planning skills.

9. Ability to work within stringent financial, quality and time-bound targets

10. Result oriented

11. Manage the day-to-day work of the team.

12. Manage designs and implementation.

13. On a spot basis, witness, review and comment on contractors testing and commissioning results and advise management accordingly.

14. Tracking of all Request for Information (RFI), change orders and other pertinent documentations on MEP systems on all projects.

15. Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing, fittings and work implemented meets the specification, regulatory and other requirements.

16. Direct, monitor and control the activities of Subcontractor.

17. Supervising contractors, labours, vendors to ensure that work follows specifications and meets deadlines.

18. Inspecting work sites for code compliance and safety hazards.

19. Ensuring that all plans meet regulatory requirements.

20. Facilitate as a problem solving, as may arise, among subcontractors, clients, vendors etc. during construction.

21. Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.

22. Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals

23. Ensure billing done on timely manner

Preferred : Candidates from Hyderabad Location only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
