We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a focus on fit-out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale fit-out projects, from initial planning to project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Oversee all stages of fit-out projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Client Liaison:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client expectations and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Team Leadership & Coordination:
• Lead and manage a team of contractors, designers, and subcontractors. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Budget & Cost Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets. Ensure cost control measures are in place and monitor project expenses to avoid cost overruns.
• Scheduling & Resource Management:
• Create and maintain project schedules. Allocate resources efficiently and resolve any scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks during the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or issues.
• Quality Control & Safety:
• Ensure that the project meets all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Oversee quality control and inspection procedures during the fit-out process.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management:
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure that all third parties deliver quality work and adhere to the project timeline.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during the fit-out process and ensure they are resolved quickly and effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years focused on fit-out projects.
• In-depth knowledge of fit-out works, including interior construction, finishes, MEP installations, and furniture fit-outs.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
