Location: Irving, TX 75039
Pay Rate: $70–$75 per hour (W2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Assignment Dates: December 15, 2025 – March 7, 2026

Required Experience

• Experience with OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant in implementing large, multi-hospital environments
• 6+ years of previous experience working on information technology project teams
• Experience obtaining customer requirements and performing analysis activities
• Extensive Project Management experience

Summary

Under the direction of the Manager, Director, or senior personnel, the Project Manager determines user demands, establishes work priorities, and plans, directs, and monitors project work.
This role supports Information System business planning requirements including budgeting, scheduling, and workload planning. The Project Manager maintains project issues and reports progress of critical path items to Information System management and local steering teams.

Responsibilities include gathering and evaluating user requirements, estimating and scheduling project activities and associated costs, coordinating and participating in analysis, design and coding activities, ensuring system changes are fully tested, and ensuring users are trained and prepared. The Project Manager also ensures guideline and procedure requirements are met and coordinates implementation of changes.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of applicable client Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders
• Follow PMO methodology and processes to lead and manage projects end-to-end
• Responsible for creating and managing project scope, resources, and budget
• Manage multiple large-size projects

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• working on information technology project teams: 6 years (Required)
• Project management: 3 years (Required)
• OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant in Hospital setting: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• PMP (Preferred)
