Summary:
Responsible for leading SAP S/4HANA projects and digital transformation initiatives across PIH’s business units. Ensures successful delivery of scope, budget, timelines, and quality while managing stakeholders, vendors, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, integrations, and data migrations.

Define scope, create project plans, and track progress.

Coordinate UAT, training, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Act as liaison between IT, business, and vendors.

Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance.

Identify automation and AI opportunities.

Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, PP, PS, PPM).

Experience in data migration, integration, and testing.

Familiarity with digital solutions (automation, AI, cloud).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience:

8–10 years total experience.

Minimum 5 years managing SAP or digital transformation projects.
-
SAP full-cycle implementation experience.
-
GCC experience preferred.
