The Project Manager will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and supply chain–related projects. This role oversees end-to-end project lifecycle management—ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Projects may involve:

  • Warehouse implementations
  • Process optimization requiring system enhancements
  • New technology innovation
  • Infrastructure initiatives
  • Software upgrades

This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full project lifecycle from initiation through completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and task assignments.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, business operations, and technical teams.
  • Track and control project deliverables using project management tools and methodologies.
  • Establish and maintain communication/escalation paths for visibility and timely issue resolution.
  • Manage project risks, resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation and adherence to established processes.
  • Build project teams based on project type and define clear business requirements and success criteria.
  • Provide project management best-practice recommendations where appropriate.
  • Facilitate lessons-learned reviews and ensure continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional IT and business teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient with project management tools/software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Exceptional project planning, risk management, and resource allocation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in varying phases of completion.
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
