Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager (Trainee) to oversee government contract opportunities from start to finish. This role replaces our previous “Government Contract Sales Rep” position and is designed for ambitious individuals who want to learn how to manage bids, proposals, vendor relationships, and project timelines.

You will drive contract opportunities, coordinate deliverables, and help ensure successful performance for awarded contracts.

What You’ll Do

• Identify contracting opportunities on SAM.gov and other platforms
• Assist with drafting quotes, proposals, and capability packages
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and agency contacts
• Track contract requirements, modifications, and performance
• Coordinate internal tasks to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain organized records of bids, expenses, and correspondence
