Project Manager is responsible for overseeing, the planning, coordination, and execution of events and activities at the site. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and security, supervising staff, and delivering an exceptional experience. Project Manager acts as the primary point of contact for vendors and team members, ensuring all aspects of the installation/dismantling run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • ​Oversee all venue operations before, during, and after events.
  • ​Coordinate with assignees to understand project requirements and deliver services accordingly.
  • ​Prepare and implement project schedules (including buildup and installation) by coordinating with team members and ensuring timely execution of all planned activities.
  • ​Supervise and manage onsite staff while liaising with internal team members and people in charge (head of production, branding specialist, etc.).
  • ​Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are maintained at all times.
  • ​Manage logistics, including setup, teardown, and equipment handling.
  • ​Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events promptly, and report back to management accordingly.
  • ​Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • ​Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.

  • ​Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services, and a responsible environmental attitude.

Required Qualifications & Skills (Functional Competencies)

  • ​Experience: Proven experience in venue management, event coordination, or related fields.
  • ​Technical: Ability to read/interpret CAD Drawings.
  • ​Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • ​Language: Fluency in English
  • ​Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to large venues.
