Skill: Project Manager Business

Exp: 12+Yrs

Job Description:

· Project Manager(Business)* 12+ years of overall IT experience with around 6+ years in Project and Program Management

· At least 1 end to end Product Implementation experience, , Product in HR domain will be an added advantage)Being able to work through ambiguity and engage with both Business and Technology stake holders

· Good experience in managing stake-holders comprising of Business Delivery Head, Implementation Partner, Product Owners and Vendors,etc.

· Define the program controls, processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program effectively
Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate the team to deliver as per the planned timelines Exceptional skills in identifying in a timely manner issues and risks affecting project delivery and coming up with resolution and mitigation actions Good experience in Agile based delivery.

· Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders across various units and run effective governance meetings

· Diligently manage change request process to ensure any deviation from planned baseline across scope, cost and quality Industry leading certifications such as CSM/PMP/Prince2 would be an added advantage
