- MBA in Project Management or Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Define milestones, deliverables, and timelines for engineering projects

Develop and maintain project schedules in the planning tools like Primavera P6/MS Project

Track the KPIs and highlight the challenges & support required

Conduct Root Cause Analysis and propose the action plans

Monitor project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts

Collaborate with Technical leadership & Project Management teams to ensure smooth execution
-
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation for stakeholders
Work Experience
Skills:
- Project planning, scheduling, or coordination (preferably in oil & gas or heavy engineering projects)

Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, ISO)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
