Coverage: Khobar, Dammam, Qatif, Jubail & Eastern Province
Role Objective
To expand NOLTE’s presence in the Eastern Province by identifying, pursuing, and securing project opportunities, while building strong partnerships with developers, consultants, and contractors for premium kitchen solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities across the Eastern Region.

Build strong relationships with key developers, consultants, and contractors.

Support pre-qualification processes for tenders and RFQs.

Coordinate technical and commercial submissions with internal teams.

Act as the primary liaison between clients and the execution team.

Conduct site visits, follow up on project requirements, and monitor market trends.

Provide weekly activity updates, sales pipeline reports, and market insights.

Ensure adherence to NOLTE’s premium brand standards in all dealings.
Minimum Qualifications

High School or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in project sales within kitchens, cabinetry, or the construction sector.

Experience working with developer and contractor-based projects.

Valid Saudi driving license.

Arabic: Fluent (Mandatory)

English: Professional working proficiency.
