Project Supervisor

The Project Supervisor will oversee all project operations related to client coordination, managing annual maintenance contracts, ensuring timely issue resolution, and supervising the Team members. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Client Relations

· Maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, ability to resolve client escalations with professionalism and timely follow-up.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Handling

· Manage end-to-end AMC agreements.

· Schedule regular maintenance visits and ensure timely completion of AMC commitments.

New Client Acquisition

· Identify and approach potential new clients

· Collaborate with the management team to expand business.

Attendance & Workforce Management

• Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, and shift schedules.
• Supervising teams.
• Ensure adequate manpower availability for onsite and offsite.

· Strong communication, client-handling, and escalation-management skills.

· Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Good negotiation and presentation skills for AMC management and client acquisition.

· MS Office, CRM tools, skill are must.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
