About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Supervisor to oversee and manage daily on-site operations for an ongoing road construction project in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will ensure the project is executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for the road project.

Monitor work progress, and adherence to technical specifications.

Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently at the site.

Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Liaise with engineers, contractors as required.

Requirements:

Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in road construction projects.

Qualification: Minimum High School Pass; Graduate candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Preference: Strong preference for candidates with direct and relevant experience in supervising road, highway, or infrastructure projects.

Skills: Must have in-depth knowledge of road construction methods, materials, and machinery. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Note: Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
