Project Supervisor with fit out and renovation experience

Job Description:

As a Project Manager / Supervisor, you will be responsible for fit out and renovation work. Your role will include assessment, preparation of quotation, planning, organizing, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within defined budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment and preparation of quotation
• Plan, execute, and manage facility management projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technicians and contractors.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project manager or supervisor in renovation or fit out works
• Strong knowledge of fit out and renovation project.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Minimum five years UAE Experience will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
