Role Purpose
This is a secretarial position of an administrative nature, involving responsibility for general departmental administration management.
Key Accountabilities

Performs experience level secretarial tasks of a confidential nature including but not limited to producing letters, reports, memorandums, etc. via the computer; makes photocopies, files, distributes mail, etc.

Will prepare complex and detailed reporting on various matters.

Collects information from external and internal sources with regards to registration, flow, closure, dispatch and filing of project generated documentation.

Communicates in a positive and effective manner with staff.

Answers telephone communications and record messages.

Any other duties as assigned.

Ensure strict adherence of HSE policies and procedures set

Report HSE incidents/violations etc. to superiors on time

Strict adherence of legal requirements
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
-
5+ year’s relevant working experience.

This position is typically assigned to a site location and employee must be able to work within construction site environment.
