Role Purpose

This is a secretarial position of an administrative nature, involving responsibility for general departmental administration management.

Key Accountabilities
  • Performs experience level secretarial tasks of a confidential nature including but not limited to producing letters, reports, memorandums, etc. via the computer; makes photocopies, files, distributes mail, etc.
  • Will prepare complex and detailed reporting on various matters.
  • Collects information from external and internal sources with regards to registration, flow, closure, dispatch and filing of project generated documentation.
  • Communicates in a positive and effective manner with staff.
  • Answers telephone communications and record messages.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure strict adherence of HSE policies and procedures set
  • Report HSE incidents/violations etc. to superiors on time
  • Strict adherence of legal requirements
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 5+ year’s relevant working experience.
  • This position is typically assigned to a site location and employee must be able to work within construction site environment.
  • Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented
  • Should have the ability to operate individually and under supervision
  • Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, externally and internally.
  • Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to organize work effectively and prioritize
  • Excellent PC skills including MS Office products
