Prompt Engineer – (Fresher)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Prompt Engineer (Fresher) with strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking skills. The ideal candidate will help design, test, and optimize prompts for AI tools and language models to ensure accurate, relevant, and high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, refine, and optimize prompts for AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
• Understand project requirements and generate accurate AI-driven responses.
• Test different prompt structures to improve output quality and model performance.
• Develop prompt templates for various use cases such as writing, coding, research, and customer support.
• Analyze AI outputs to identify errors, inconsistencies, or improvement areas.
• Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to align AI prompts with business needs.
• Document best practices, prompt patterns, and guidelines for internal use.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, prompt engineering techniques, and LLM tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Linguistics, English, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong command of English writing, grammar, and creative thinking.
• Basic understanding of AI tools, ChatGPT, or other LLM models.
• Good problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and improve outputs based on feedback.
• Attention to detail and ability to structure precise prompts.
• Familiarity with Python, APIs, or automation tools (not mandatory but a plus).

Preferred (Not Required):

• Internship or project experience with AI tools or chatbots.
• Understanding of prompt patterns (role prompting, few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, etc.)
• Experience in content writing, UX writing, or technical documentation.
