As a Property and Asset Management Analyst – Level 2 your role at Linthicum, MD will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. The Property Asset Management Analyst oversees, manages, and analyzes activities associated with asset business systems to ensure customer and US Government property both on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence. Maintains property accountability records, determine condition, and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Conduct internal and external property assessments to analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management. Responsible for development, recommendation, and implementation property management policy.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range: $68,500.00 - $98,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
