Job Summary:

Karadan Lands Real Estate LLC is seeking motivated and results-driven Property Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

While prior experience in real estate sales is preferred, freshers with a strong desire to learn and succeed in the property market are also welcome to apply. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided to help you excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a wide range of residential and commercial properties to local and international clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging real estate trends.
• Handle client inquiries, arrange property viewings, and provide expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Prepare and deliver professional property presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements to close successful deals.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records using CRM tools.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate sales is an advantage, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
• Good understanding of UAE real estate market trends (training will be provided).
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
