- Conduct property listings, client viewings, and market evaluations for both residential and commercial properties.
- Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, legal requirements, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize sales and leasing agreements to achieve the best results for clients.
- Manage the entire sales and leasing process — from the initial inquiry to deal closing and handover.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, laws, and RERA regulations.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and other agents to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
- Prepare accurate documentation, marketing materials, and property listings.
- Represent Viona Properties at open houses, property exhibitions, and networking events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the management team.
