Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, confident negotiator, and passionate about helping clients make informed real estate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in purchasing, renting, and selling properties.
• Conduct property tours, inspections, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.
• Provide updated information on market trends, pricing, and property availability.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate closing processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property transactions.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales and performance targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent(Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• We are strictly considering candidates who are currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (preferred).
