Russian-speaking Property Consultant
Our client, a leading real estate firm in the UAE, is looking for a motivated and experienced property consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property sales, guiding clients through the full transaction cycle, and driving revenue through strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and company-provided sources
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Promote off-plan and ready-to-move properties
- Conduct property viewings and maintain professional follow-ups
- Negotiate prices and terms to close successful deals
- Stay updated on market trends, new projects, pricing, and competitor activity
- Prepare sales documents and coordinate with developers for bookings and agreements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Russian language fluency (mandatory)
- Experience as a Property Consultant/Real Estate Agent (preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market (advantage, not mandatory)
- Professional, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude
- UAE driving license is an added advantage
