Role: Property Consultant - French / Spanish / Russian / Persian / Chinese / Dutch / German Speaker – DUBAI, UA E

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, focused on promoting and selling premium UAE properties to clients across the globe.

The Property Consultant will work closely with prospects and investors, identify their investment needs, provide expert advisory, and guide them through the full sales process.

You will represent PSI’s extensive real estate portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to clients interested in UAE property investment opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Dubai.
• Fluent in English and additional languages: French , Russian, Persian, Chinese, Spanish, German, Dutch
• 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate, in both off-plan and secondary market or has a b ackground in Sales, Consulting, or Customer-Facing roles.
• Confident, results-oriented and target-driven.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of premium residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
• Advise clients on property investments, market trends, and profitable opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong long-term client relationships, and ensure exceptional client servicing.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close sales/rental transactions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and tenants to ensure seamless transactions.
