Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant / Senior Property Consultant based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves providing expert property consulting services to clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying client needs, offering tailored property solutions, and negotiating agreements to secure the best outcomes for clients. The Property Consultant is also expected to stay informed about market trends and legal regulations while working to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge with a good understanding of market trends and property valuation

Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency

Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust and maintain client satisfaction

Proven experience in Sales with the ability to close deals and meet targets

Proactive attitude and ability to work independently

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred

Previous experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property management
