Property Management
Oversee daily property operations to ensure a safe, clean, and well-managed environment.
Manage tenant relations, handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Assist with lease administration, renewal preparation, move-in/move-out processes, and unit inspections.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and property management policies.
Prepare reports related to property performance, occupancy, and maintenance activities.
Maintenance Management
Supervise, plan, and coordinate all maintenance and repair works for building facilities, equipment, and common areas.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other systems.
Inspect property regularly and identify maintenance issues requiring attention.
Manage and monitor service providers, technicians, and contractors to ensure work quality and timely completion.
Oversee inventory, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance operations.
Respond to emergency maintenance situations and ensure swift resolution.
Financial & Administrative
Assist in preparing and managing maintenance budgets and forecasts.
Review and verify contractor quotations, invoices, and maintenance contracts.
Source, evaluate, and recommend contractors or suppliers for maintenance-related services.
Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance works, service reports, warranties, and compliance documentation.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and building standards.
Conduct routine safety checks on equipment and building systems.
Implement emergency response protocols and support safety drills.
Identify and mitigate potential hazards within the property.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facility/Building Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property and/or maintenance management.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage contractors, budgets, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in facility/property management software or maintenance tracking systems (advantage).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
