Responsible for leading the following maintenance activities:

1. General maintenance work

2. Masonry work

3. Joinery work

4. finishing work

5. Full Renovation work

· Schedule the daily tasks and communicate with other foremen, admin and tenants

· Plan and review overall status of project(s) on an ongoing basis.

· Ensure the daily programming of all site works is performed in accordance with the maintenance procedure.

· Supervise daily tasks and submit detailed Job done on SRs

· Ensure all site resource (labor, machinery, materials, sub-contractors etc.) are effectively utilized and monitored in order to achieve timely completion of projects.

· Ensure the senior supervisor is promptly provided with any relevant information and documentation related to tasks.

· Monitor all works against specifications to ensure quality and accuracy of work performed.

· Ensure entering of daily employees working time.

· Request Materials through MRNs or LPIs.

· Conduct daily health and safety toolbox and explain risks of daily tasks

Provide suggestion and to techniques to improve maintenance operations.
