Schedule: Monday – Friday and emergency maintenance calls

Pay: Based on experience

Job Description:

Oak Wood Management currently manages manufactured housing and multifamily properties across the United States. Oak Wood Management offers full-service property management, including marketing, tenant screening, leasing, maintenance, accounting, and other property level expertise. We are presently seeking a full-time maintenance technician for Tall Timbers Manufactured Housing Community

What will you have to do?

· Maintenance Technician for tenants

· Ensure homes are ready for move in/move out

· Inspect and maintain property

· Plans, coordinates, and supervises all maintenance work

· Makes cost estimates of jobs in terms of time and materials

· Performs other duties as assigned

· Develops and recommends policies and procedures for assigned area

· Performs periodic inspections of systems to determine need for maintenance, repair, or replacement

What do you have to have?

· Must have at least 2 years’ experience in property maintenance

· Registered Driver’s License – must be able to drive to properties

· Must be able to lift heavy materials

· Must be willing to undergo a background check

· HVAC, Plumbing, and Maintenance Certifications are a plus (more pay)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
