We’re hiring 1099 contractors to service foreclosed properties.

Jobs include:

• Lawn care & yard cleanups
• Lock changes & securing vacant homes
• Debris removal & property cleanouts
• Photo documentation & inspections

You’ll need:
A truck or SUV, basic tools, a smartphone, and the ability to travel locally.

This is not W-2 employment. You run your own business — we send you work based on your coverage area and availability. Some regions have steady work; others are more project-based.
